2018年12月1日，中国华为集团副董事长兼首席财务官孟晚舟遭美国通缉、在加拿大被逮捕，并可能以涉嫌欺诈罪被美国要求引渡到美国受审。其主要原因在于，华为是打着民营企业招牌，为中共扩张野心服务，盗窃美国高科技，违反美国相关法规。

On December 1, 2018, Meng Wuanzhou, the vice chairman and chief financial officer of China Huawei Group, was wanted in the United States and arrested in Canada. She may be extradited to the United States for trial on charges of fraud. The main reason is that Huawei is targeting private enterprises, serving the CCP's expansion ambitions, stealing US high technology, and violating US regulations.

2018年12月1日，美籍华裔科学家、斯坦福大学教授张首晟坠楼身亡；张首晟是中共盗窃美国和西方高科技的“千人计划”的主力人员，曾替中共效力。

On December 1, 2018, Zhang Shouyi, a Chinese-American scientist working as a professor of Stanford University was reported to jump off the building to commit suicide. Dr. Zhang Shouyi was the main force behind the CCP’s “Thousand Talents Plan” which has a secret mission to steal American and Western high-tech to serve the CCP's ambition.

2018年9月1日，中国电商巨头京东集团创始人刘强东在美国涉嫌性侵被捕，后获保释回国，此丑闻造成京东股价大跌。刘强东过去一年多次对外发表力挺“共产主义”的言论。去年6月3日，刘强东和腾讯集团创办人马化腾身穿红军军装出现在延安。

On September 1, 2018, Liu Qiangdong, the founder of China's e-commerce giant Jingdong Group, was arrested in the United States for sexual assault and later released on bail. This scandal caused Jingdong's share price to plummet. In the past year, Liu Qiangdong has repeatedly expressed his remarks on his devotion to "Communism." On June 3, 2018, Liu Qiangdong and the founder of Tencent Group, Ma Huateng, appeared in Yan'an City in China wearing a Red Army's uniform.

2018年7月3日，海航集团有限公司联合创始人、董事长王健，在法国公务考察时意外死亡，案件疑点重重，有关其被谋杀的传闻不断。海航集团是中共在海外扩张的重要企业。

On July 3, 2018, Wang Jian, co-founder and chairman of HNA Group Co., Ltd., died unexpectedly during a French official inspection. The case was full of doubts and rumors about the possibilities of his having been murdered. HNA Group is an important company for the CCP's overseas' expansion.

2018年10月，中共重罚某大陆偷漏税影星，开始整肃大陆影视界，国税总局吁涉逃税的影视企业及相关从业人员，如在年底前自首，可免除刑责。

In October 2018, the CCP severely punished a mainland tax evasion famous movie star and began to clean up the mainland film and television industry. The State Administration of Taxation of China claimed that those television enterprises and related employees could be exempted from criminal charges If they would surrender themselves to the CCP government before the end of the year.

多年来，不少中国大陆、港台明星，为了利益因素，主动或被动地参与了为中共歌功颂德的“主旋律”影片的拍摄。所谓“祸福无门，唯人自招”。他们为中共站台，招来日后的霉运。

Over the past many years, many movie stars from the Chinese mainland, Hong Kong and Taiwan have actively or passively participated in the filming of the so-called "main theme" films for praising and giving merits to the CCP. There is an old saying that goes like this, "There is no gate for disasters or fortunes; it is people's own actions that are recruiting them". These people's working for the CCP has attracted bad luck.

中共十九大之后，中共官员“不正常死亡”事件频频发生。这股自杀潮于2018年5月达到了“高峰”，一个月内传出七名官员“自杀”。

After the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, incidents of "abnormal deaths" by Chinese officials frequently occurred. This suicide wave reached its "peak" in May 2018, and seven officials' "suicide" occurred within one month.

2018年11月6日，中共喉舌《人民日报》旗下《新闻战线》杂志社的原总编辑胡欣，从报社36号楼19层跳下自杀，终年66岁。《人民日报》一直充当共产党暴政的宣传和杀人工具，为其摇旗呐喊、向民众灌输谎言、配合中共愚民施暴。自1999年7月20日，中共前党魁江泽民集团全面镇压法轮功之后，《人民日报》刊登了无数攻击和诬蔑法轮功的文章，颠倒是非、煽动仇恨。

On November 6, 2018, Hu Xin, the former editor-in-chief of the "News Front" magazine of the People's Daily, jumped from the 19th floor of the 36th floor of the newspaper building to commit suicide, at the age of 66. The "People's Daily" has always served as a propaganda and killing tool for the tyranny of the Communist Party. It has screamed for its flag, instilled lies in the people, and cooperated with the CCP to commit violence. Since July 20, 1999, after the former Communist Party leader Jiang Zemin and its gangs systematically persecuted Falun Gong, the People’s Daily published numerous articles to attack and defame Falun Gong, with its publications to turn things upside down regarding what is right and wrong, and to incite hatred towards Falun Gong.

2018年11月1日凌晨， 51岁的内蒙古公安厅副厅长、呼和浩特市副市长、公安局局长李志斌自缢身亡。内蒙政法系统曾积极跟随江泽民集团迫害法轮功学员，已落马的内蒙古公安厅副厅长孟建伟、内蒙古公安厅前厅长赵黎平、前内蒙古政法委书记邢云及自缢身亡的李志斌等，都被海外“追查迫害法轮功国际组织”列入追查名单。

In the early morning of November 1, 2018, Li Zhibin, the 51-year-old deputy director of the Inner Mongolia Public Security Department, the deputy mayor of Hohhot, and the director of the Public Security Bureau, died from hanging himself. Inner Mongolia’s political and legal system has actively followed the Jiang Zemin and its gangs to persecute Falun Gong practitioners. Meng Jianwei, the former deputy director of the Inner Mongolia Public Security Department, Zhao Liping, the former director of the Inner Mongolia Public Security Department, Xing Yun, the former secretary of the Inner Mongolia Political and Legal Committee, and Li Zhibin, who died from hanging himself, have all been enlisted by the oversea organization, "World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong".

2018年10月20日晚，澳门中联办主任郑晓松在其澳门住所坠楼身亡。郑晓松从1993年到1996年在外交部工作，担任当时外交部负责香港事务的姜恩柱的秘书。姜恩柱是中英在香港主权移交事务的主要参与者，属江泽民亲信，2000年担任首届中联办主任时，曾积极配合江泽民政策，包括在港诋毁污蔑法轮功等。

On the evening of October 20, 2018, Zheng Xiaosong, director of the Macau Liaison Office, was killed by jumping off the building of his residence in Macau. Zheng Xiaosong worked in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs from 1993 to 1996 and served as the secretary of Jiang Enzhu, who was in charge of Hong Kong affairs at the time. Jiang Enzhu is a major participant in the transfer of Sino-British sovereignty in Hong Kong. He is a confidant of Jiang Zemin. When he was the director of the first China United Office in 2000, he actively cooperated with Jiang Zemin's policies, including defaming Falun Gong in Hong Kong.

2018年8月6日，广东梅州市委副书记、政法委书记彭耀新自缢身亡。彭耀新曾积极追随中共江泽民集团，残酷迫害当地法轮功学员，被“追查国际”列为重点追查对象。

On August 6, 2018, Peng Yaoxin, deputy secretary of the Guangdong Meizhou Municipal Committee and secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, died. Peng Yaoxin has actively followed the Chinese Communist Party's Jiang Zemin Group and brutally persecuted local Falun Gong practitioners. He was listed as a key target for investigating of his crime by the "World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong".

2018年1月9日，黑龙江佳木斯市人大常委会副主任梅振学坠楼身亡。梅振学任佳木斯市富锦市委常委、政法委书记期间，因追随中共江泽民集团迫害法轮功，被“追查国际”列入追查名单。

On January 9, 2018, Mei Zhenxue, deputy director of the Standing Committee of Jiamusi City in Heilongjiang Province, jumped off the building to kill himself. Mei Zhenxue was appointed as the Standing Committee of the Fujin City Committee and the Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee of Jiamusi City. He was listed as a target of investigation by the "World Organization to Investigate the Persecution of Falun Gong" due to his following the CCP and the Jiang Zemin Gang to persecute Falun Gong practitioners.

据明慧网不完全统计，因为参与迫害法轮功在2018年遭厄运的中共官员包括：25名管理监狱的厅官、25名公检法官员、逾60名中共政法委书记、130多名中共公安局长、70名法院院长、40名丧命的派出所所长等。

According to a partially complete statistic data published at the website of Minghui, those CCP officials who experienced fatal tribulation in 2018 due to participating in the persecution of Falun Gong practitioners include: 25 officials who manage prisons, 25 public security officials, more than 60 CCP political and legal committee secretaries, and more than 130 CCP public security bureau chiefs, 70 court presidents and 40 directors of the police station. These people all lost their lives.

明慧网也曾收录了100名中共宣传部门的官员们因参与迫害法轮功而遭到恶报的案例，其遭报方式多种多样，包括罹患癌症等疾病身亡、自杀及事故中丧生、殃及家人、遭审查和判刑等。

The website of Minghui has also included 100 cases of officials of the Propaganda Department of the Chinese Communist Party who have been reported to have experienced severe retribution, due to their participating in the persecution of Falun Gong. They have been reported to experience retribution in a variety of ways, including deaths due to cancer, suicides and accidents, and the retribution even effected their family members who were sued, investigated and sentenced.

中共官员被美国制裁、引渡、起诉

Chinese officials are sanctioned, extradited, and prosecuted by the United States 

​

2018年9月20日，美国国务院宣布对从俄罗斯购买了军事装备、违反了美国《以制裁反击美国敌人法案》的中共中央军委装备发展部及该部部长李尚福实施制裁。内容包括：（1）拒绝给予中共军委装备发展部任何外国出口许可证；（2）冻结李尚福在美国司法管辖区的所有资产；（3）阻止其进行相关的外汇交易；（4）限制李尚福以及中共军委装备发展部透过美国金融体系进入全球金融市场；（5）禁止李尚福持有美国签证。

On September 20, 2018, the US Department of State announced sanctions against the Department of Equipment Development of the Central Military Commission of the Communist Party of China and Li Shangfu, the Minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for purchasing military equipment from Russia thus violating of the US "Countering America's Adversaries Through Sanctions Act" (CAATSA). The contents include: (1) refusing to grant any foreign export license to the Department of Equipment Development of the CPC Central Military Commission; (2) freezing all assets of Li Shangfu in the US jurisdiction; (3) preventing it from conducting related foreign exchange transactions; (4) restricting Li Shang Fu and the Department of Equipment Development of the CCP Central Military Commission to enter the global financial market through the US financial system; (5) Li Shangfu was prohibited from holding a US visa.

10月9日，在比利时被捕的中共江苏省国家安全厅副处长徐延军被引渡到美国，美国司法部指控他涉嫌窃取美国公司商业机密。徐延军已被俄亥俄州南区联邦大陪审团起诉，面对4项“阴谋并试图进行经济间谍活动”和窃取商业机密的指控。

On October 9, Xu Yanjun, deputy director of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of National Security, who was arrested in Belgium, was extradited to the United States. The US Department of Justice accused him of stealing US company trade secrets. Xu Yanjun has been sued by the Federal Grand Jury in Southern District of Ohio for four allegations of "conspiracy and attempted economic espionage" and the theft of trade secrets.

10月30日，美国联邦检方宣布了对10名涉嫌与黑客合谋、窃取科技机密的中共间谍的指控，其中查荣（Zha Rong音译）、柴猛（Chai Meng音译）二人是江苏省国安厅的情报官。

On October 30th, the US federal prosecutors announced allegations of 10 CCP spies suspected of colluding with hackers and stealing technology secrets. Among them, Zha Rong and Chai Meng are from the National Security Bureau of Jiangsu Province.

海外亲共中文媒体陷困局 Overseas Pro-CCP Media Facing Crisis 2018年，海外多家亲中共的媒体陷入经济困境或遭遇其它麻烦，甚至停刊。

11月30日，纽约一家先前独立但后来受中共控制的报纸宣布停刊。纽约另一家长年由中共官方提供资金的老字号华语电视台，近期也传出资金断链、大规模裁员。

On November 30th, a newspaper in New York that was previously independent but later controlled by the CCP announced its suspension. Another old-fashioned Chinese-language TV station in New York that has been receiving funds from the CCP government for many years in the past also recently reported capital cut-offs and mass layoffs.

11月16日，美西的亲共媒体《侨报》的董事长谢一宁遭遇枪击死亡。《侨报》隶属中共国务院侨办，直接受中共控制，其资金和主要编辑、管理人员全部来自北京。该报的特点是大量及时地报导来自中共的消息，为中共官方传声。

On November 16, Xie Yining, the chairman of the US-based pro-communist media "US China Press", was shot dead. The "US China Press" is under the control of the Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of the State Council, and is directly controlled by the CCP. Its funds and major editors and management personnel are all from Beijing. The newspaper is characterized by a large number of timely reports of news from the CCP and the official voice of the CCP.

8月13日，美国总统川普签署的《国防授权法案》以强有力的措辞，谴责中共试图影响美国的公共言论，尤其是影响美国的“媒体、文化机构、商业以及学术和政治团体”。

On August 13, the "National Defense Authorization Act" signed by US President Trump strongly condemned the CCP’s attempts to influence public opinion in the United States, especially the "media, cultural institutions, business, and academic and political groups that affect the United States."

9月18日，依据美国《外国代理人登记法》，美国司法部命令中共两大官媒新华社和中国环球电视网的在美分支机构登记为“外国代理人”。

On September 18, according to the US Foreign Agents Registration Act, the US Department of Justice ordered the two major Chinese media, Xinhua News Agency and China Global TV Network, to register as “foreign agents” in the US branches.

Chinese People Facing Great Disasters Due to Believing in CCP Lies

从2018年7月份以来，大陆多个金融集资P2P平台接连爆雷，大批受害者四处奔波维权，结果是投诉无门，有些受害者被逼上绝路，自杀离世，遭遇令人同情。

​

Since July 2018, many financial fund-raising P2P platforms in mainland China have been exploding in a row. A large number of victims have been running around to defend their rights. However, there are no legal revenues to accept their complaints. Some victims have been forced into the dead ends and committed suicide. Their experiences are truly very sad.

​

2018年9月7日，浙江金华市浦江县31岁的女子王倩上吊自杀。她是P2P票票喵平台受害人。王倩生前在票票喵平台上投资了26万余元，该平台8月6日爆雷后，她先后到杭州、上海讨血汗钱，却被警方镇压殴打。王倩在遗嘱中写道：“我没有力量跟他们抗争，平民太弱小，真的太累，看不到希望了。”

On September 7, 2018, Wang Qian, a 31-year-old woman from Pujiang County in Jinhua City of Zhejiang Province, hanged herself. She is a P2P "Piaopiaomao" platform victim. Wang Qian invested more than 260,000 yuan in the "Piaopiaomao" platform. After the platform collapsed on August 6, she went to Hangzhou City and Shanghai City to try to retrieve her money earned by her blood and sweat, but was beaten by the police. Wang Qian wrote in her will: "I have no strength to fight against them. The civilians are too weak, really tired, and can't see hope."

中国大陆包括P2P在内的几乎所有集资平台，都是官商勾结的产物，在成立之初大都受到中共官方的扶植，利用官方身份来骗取客户信任。投资者的善良、轻信和求财心理被中共利用，最终造成悲剧。这样的悲剧是中共治下的产物，民众遭遇的种种厄运实际上都源于中共的恶政。

Almost all fund-raising platforms in mainland China, including P2P, are the product of collusion between government and business. At the beginning of its establishment, it was mostly supported by the CCP officials using official identity to cheat customers. The goodness, credulity and financial fortune of investors were abused by the CCP and eventually led to tragedy. Such tragedies are the product of the CCP's rule. The misfortunes that the people have encountered are actually derived from the CCP's bad governance.

In recent years, governments of various countries and regions, such as Australia, New Zealand, Taiwan, the United States, and Germany, have been awakened by the CCP's penetration of local political, economic, and cultural fields, and have begun to be alert and to counterattack. In particular, the US government, since President Trump took office, changed the past weak attitude and began to counteract the CCP in all aspects. The "America China Trade War" that began in 2018 reflects the fundamental confrontation between the ideology of the CCP and the universal values of the world. The CCP has become a target of public criticism, and its internal and external difficulties have intensified and it is facing a "Storm".
